You will need to fill out a form with your specifications and details in order to get a quote. We will discuss the complexity of the piece and go from there if accepted.
Terms and Conditions / Service
General Terms
I am allowed to refuse any commission for any reason, at any point in the service.
Commissions are understood to not be first-come-first-serve.
I have a full-time job working for Nanoquill Studio. Commissions are my part-time job. Progress may be slow and I work on each commission one at a time.
By default, I am allowed to stream or use any commissions as example work on my websites or social media. However, you can request for it not to be posted.
Please give credit to me somewhere if you do use my works.
I DO NOT authorize my works to be used with or for AI.
These terms may be updated at any time.
Payment and Refunds
Payment is accepted through Square in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are paying with a different currency, I am not responsible for any fluctuation of price due to the conversion rates of your respective currency. The payment will be in CAD, and will be charged in your currency as handled by your bank at the time of payment.
After discussion of your commission and once the final price is confirmed, I will send your invoice through Square.
On items at $50 CAD or under, payment is required upfront.
On items over $50 CAD, you must pay 50% of your commission upfront as a deposit before I begin the working process.
You will be required to pay the final 50% before I send you the final file.
You can pay 100% upfront if you wish.
If you request a refund after I begin work, you can only receive up to the amount paid minus the deposit. Deposits are not refundable. Refunds are not available for completed works.
If I choose to decline for any reason during service, you will get a full refund for your commission.
Rush fees are +50% of your total commission price.
On Commercial Use
All of my commissions assume commercial use. However, you are not allowed to use my work for merchandise or NFTs. Please contact me personally if you are interested in merchandising my work.
However, if you order a Live2d model, you are allowed to sell merchandise that features the model art. Please note, you are not allowed to redistribute the model itself for sale.
If you wish to resell your model due to a rebranding or anything otherwise, please contact me.

Live2d Model Commissions
My commissions are ART ONLY. For rigging, I personally recommend Typeou.
Live2d Model commissions require an existing reference and design, otherwise a character design fee will be charged. No extra fees for animal ears, tails, horns, and basic accessories such as glasses, unless they are complex in design or shape.Complexity fees may apply

All new models come with a body base and 5 basic expressions
Fullbody: $1350 CAD
Halfbody: $800 CAD

Additional Arm set: +$75 CAD

Tongue Out: +$15 CAD

You will need to fill out a form with your specifications and details to get a full quote. We will discuss the complexity of the outfit and go from there if accepted.

Partnered Live2D Rigger
If you go with me for model art, I highly suggest to go to Typeou for rigging. He has the most experience working with my art and is thorough and meticulous.
We live in the same house and are able to give each other live feedback on our work, which means the communication between us is tight.If you get your model art through me, it will be automatically approved for rigging through Typeou. As such, you may contact Typeou to be added to his commission waitlist regardless of the current status of his commissions.However, if you don't wish to use his services, that is fine! I am willing to communicate with whoever you choose.

Process
Please use the Google Form provided to submit your request for a commission, or DM me on twitter.
I will respond within two weeks if I accept or decline your commission. This response does not mean that work has begun.
You will be put on a waitlist. I work on each commission one at a time in the waitlist.
When it is your turn in the waitlist, you will be sent an invoice. You will have a week to pay the deposit (50% of your commission price on items over $50 CAD). If you are unable to pay, you will be pushed back in the waitlist.
Commissions can take anywhere from a few weeks to multiple months. The waitlist is designed so that anyone can pull out
Rush services will be +50% of base price.
I like to keep close contact during the process of the commission. I will ask questions and send examples of the piece as I'm working. Keep in mind, depending on how fast or slow I get responses, it may change how long the commission takes.
When I send the above mentioned examples, make sure you tell me any of your revisions during those times. After I finish the flat colors, you may not give me any more revisions, or else you may incur a revision fee.
